Replica Knives

Replica knives built the way they should be — hand-forged, full tang, and made to hold an edge, not just look the part. At Gladius Forging, our replica knives collection brings iconic blades from film, anime, and legend to life, crafted by hand from real steel and real materials.

Every knife in this collection is a fan-inspired tribute, not a mass-produced prop. We forge each blade from high-performance steels like D2, pair them with handles built for grip and character — leather wrap, genuine antler, and more — and finish every piece the same way we finish our historical and combat blades: to be used, not just displayed.

Whether you’re after the Thorfinn dagger inspired by Vinland Saga, the Inglourious Basterds knife inspired by the film, or the next piece we add to this growing lineup, you’re getting a knife forged with the same craftsmanship behind everything we make — forged by hand, built to last.

What Makes Our Replica Knives Different

• Hand-forged, full tang construction — not stamped or mass-produced
• High-performance steels (D2 and others) for real edge retention
• Authentic handle materials — leather, antler, and more
• Unofficial, fan-made tributes — crafted with respect for the source material
• Each piece made to be handled, carried, and used, not just shelved

New replica knives are added regularly as we forge tributes to more iconic characters and films. Check back often, or reach out if there’s a blade you’d love to see us bring to life.
